NDIS Support Coordinator Manager
Dipson has over 6 years of experience supporting people with complex psychosocial, behavioural, and environmental needs. He has worked across justice, Child Protection, Aboriginal communities, homelessness, and high-intensity mental health.
He specialises in complex mental health, behaviours of concern, crisis planning, multi-agency coordination, and high-risk transitions. As a Level 2 & 3 Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Dipson is known for his calm communication, reliability, and practical, solutions-focused approach. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives, and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support to all his clients.

Senior Support Coordinator
Tayla is a Senior Support Coordinator with over seven years of experience in the disability sector, working alongside neurodivergent and psychosocial participants across the Pilbara. With a background in psychology and mental health, she draws on this knowledge to strengthen her recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.
Tayla is skilled in coordinating complex supports, building strong community connections, and developing tailored strategies that help participants overcome barriers and achieve meaningful outcomes. She is also passionate about guiding and mentoring other coordinators, fostering a culture of quality, respect, and person-centred practice within the team.

Support Coordinator
Piyumi is a dedicated professional with a strong background in the disability sector across Western Australia, including the Pilbara region. She has over five years of experience in the field, with a solid understanding of participant needs and the NDIS framework.
Piyumi specialises in Level 2 Support Coordination, supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate services, and build capacity to achieve their goals. She is passionate about empowering individuals to exercise choice and control, ensuring supports are person-centred, culturally appropriate, and outcome-focused.
With experience working in regional and remote communities, Piyumi understands the unique challenges participants may face. She works collaboratively with participants, families, guardians, and service providers to ensure seamless coordination, continuity of care, and positive outcomes that enhance independence and community participation.
