Alex Ashton
Alex is a Support Coordinator at With Grace Support, holding a Certificate IV in Disability Support and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) from RMIT University. With five years of experience as a support worker, Alex has witnessed the transformative impact that the right supports can have on a person’s life, and is dedicated to helping people with disabilities to experience this change for themselves. Committed to person-centred support, Alex believes that people are the expert in their own lives, and aims to collaborate closely with them to meet their unique needs. Outside of work, Alex prioritizes self-care through yoga and art, believing that a balanced life allows her to be fully present and bring her best self to work each day.
