Meet Lucia Hoang, the heart and soul behind With Grace Support Services. Lucia is a Social Worker, Counsellor, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the Government and community sectors. Raising twin boys who live with Disabilities, she brings her passion and dedication to making a real difference every day, because for Lucia, social work is more than a job—it's a calling. Lu's cultural background is Vietnamese and Croatian, so in addition to working from an ecological systems perspective, Lu utilises a cultural lens in her practice.
At With Grace, we prioritise person-centred care, open communication, and genuine connections, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued on their journey.

Bella Ostrognay
Support Coordinator
Bella is a queer, disabled Support Coordinator who is incredibly passionate about the dignity and respect of all people, in all areas of life. Bella has a degree in Social Science Psychology and uses this knowledge to inform her intersectional approach to working with people. Her lived experience as a disabled person provides unique insight into working with disabled people, as she understands the difficulties and barriers to accessing appropriate supports.
Martha James
Support Coordination - Team Leader
Martha has extensive experience working within the NDIS, so has a tonne of information and insight into what goes on within the NDIA. As a proud Sudanese woman who speaks Nuer and Swahili, Martha incorporates a cultural lens to her practice. Her lived experience as a person with ADHD, as well as supporting family members living with Disability, means that she gets the challenges Participants and families face. Navigating this journey of life, can be challenging, especially being Neurodivergent in a Neurotypical world. Martha is passionate about making systems more accessible for all and strives, both in her personal and professional life, to create positive, lasting changes for people living with a Disability.
