Getting started with our Level 1 or 2 Support Coordination is straightforward. First, give Lucia a call on 0457 863 237 to discuss your needs, the needs of your family member or your client and how we can support you. We’ll start with an initial chat to see if we’re a good fit. Lucia will then meet with you in person for a no-obligation introduction. If it feels right, we’ll arrange for you to sign a service agreement and consent forms to begin our journey together.

Level 1 Support Coordination focuses on connecting NDIS participants with supports and services, offering basic assistance to understand and implement their plan. In contrast, Level 2 Support Coordination, or "Coordination of Supports," provides more in-depth assistance, including managing complex needs, building participant capacity, and resolving service delivery issues.

Level 2 Support Coordination helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan effectively. We assist in connecting you with the right services, managing your supports, and ensuring your funding goes as far as possible. Our goal is to empower you to take control and achieve your goals.
