Where do you offer services?

We offer face-to-face Level 1 & 2 Support Coordination services throughout Melbourne and virtual services across Victoria. This ensures we can support you no matter where you are located. If we’re providing virtual services to you in regional Victoria, we’re also happy to organise a face to face catchup periodically as needed.

How do I get started?

Getting started with our Level 1 or 2 Support Coordination is straightforward. First, give Lucia a call on 0457 863 237 to discuss your needs, the needs of your family member or your client and how we can support you. We’ll start with an initial chat to see if we’re a good fit. Lucia will then meet with you in person for a no-obligation introduction. If it feels right, we’ll arrange for you to sign a service agreement and consent forms to begin our journey together.

How does Level 1 Support Coordination differ from Level 2?

Level 1 Support Coordination focuses on connecting NDIS participants with supports and services, offering basic assistance to understand and implement their plan. In contrast, Level 2 Support Coordination, or "Coordination of Supports," provides more in-depth assistance, including managing complex needs, building participant capacity, and resolving service delivery issues.
